Made of 95% alumina industrial-grade ceramic, hot-press injection molding involves several steps. After the blank is formed, it undergoes wax removal at 1100 degrees Celsius to fix its shape, followed by high-temperature sintering at 1680 degrees Celsius to create a snow-white ceramic. It is then glazed and fired in a kiln at over 1200 degrees Celsius. After careful selection, technicians manually apply pre-printed colored decals to the ceramic glaze. After assembly and shaping, it is fired again to fuse the patterns with the ceramic glaze. Each small keycap undergoes four firings from powder to finished product, with each meticulous polishing dedicated to creating a timeless aesthetic on your keyboard.
